We Believe:

2. Schools are safe learning environments that focus on the welfare of all students' health, social, and emotional well-being.

3. Continuous educational gains are made through increased student attendance, parent involvement, understanding the learner, continuous data collection and analysis, professional development, recruitment and retention of high-quality educators, collaboration, and performance management monitored through effective data management systems.

4. Parents, students, and community stakeholders are an integral part of education and must remain involved, informed, take responsibility for learning, while maintaining high expectations for preparing for the future.
